1. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Fair Use

You agree not to reverse engineer the platform, attempt unauthorised access to our infrastructure, or use the system to upload malicious code.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

AssetBase is billed on a subscription basis. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Limitation of Liability

AssetBase is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime and are not liable for data loss resulting from causes outside our reasonable control.
